In Over and Under and Through we follow Iris, an adolescent girl, through her interactions with peers, family, and authority at home. Uncomfortable with this pre-destined architecture, Iris escapes so she may evaluate her identity without the social pressures that define girls today. The film meditates on small moments to examine the breadth of their complexity.
